Compliance with Canadian Copyright Law

networthdle.com respects intellectual property rights and operates in compliance with Canada's Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42), including the notice-and-notice regime established under sections 41.25 and 41.26. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with Canadian law.

Notice-and-Notice System

Under Canadian law, copyright owners may send a notice of claimed infringement. Unlike the U.S. DMCA takedown system, Canada's notice-and-notice regime requires that we forward the notice to the alleged infringer. We are not required to remove content upon receipt of a notice alone, but we take all claims seriously and will review content that is the subject of a notice.

Sending a Copyright Notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a notice including:

1. Your name and contact information
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., URL)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate

Voluntary Removal

While Canada's notice-and-notice system does not mandate automatic takedowns, we will voluntarily remove or disable access to content that we determine in good faith to be infringing. We aim to respond to all notices within 10 business days.
